Formé and Equinox hold a four-day Pilates retreat at AMAALA from 29 October
The Reset Retreat at Equinox Resort AMAALA runs from 29 October to 1 November, from SAR 3,000 a night with meals and activities included; bookings become non-refundable after 18 October.
Riyadh studio Formé Wellness and Equinox Resort AMAALA are holding a four-day Reset Retreat at the resort on Triple Bay, on the Red Sea, from Thursday 29 October to Sunday 1 November, What's On Saudi Arabia reported.
The programme starts with arrival, lunch, a beach walk and a tour of the resort, then a choice of massage or cryotherapy. Day two has sunrise mat Pilates, a sound healing session, time in the magnesium pool, a sunset walk around the marina and an evening in the grotto. Day three brings a Reformer Pilates class, a swim in the ladies' pool and sunset Yin Yoga, and the last morning has sunrise yoga before checkout.
Rooms start at SAR 3,000 a night for one person in a king room, or SAR 3,500 a night for two guests in a room with two queen beds. Meals and activities are included; taxes are extra. Flights are not included, but transfers to and from Al Wajh Airport are.
