"Sarab Al Shuoor" brings painting and new books together in Taif
An exhibition opening in Taif today pairs paintings by artist Basma Al Otaibi with two new books, whose authors will sign copies for visitors.
"Sarab Al Shuoor" (Mirage of Feeling), an exhibition that mixes visual art and literature, opens in Taif on Saturday 10 October. It is organised by Basma Art.
The show presents works by visual artist Basma Saud Al Otaibi alongside two books whose covers she painted: "Ghiyab", a collection of short stories by Abdulrahman Al Mansouri, and "Halam ala Hafat Al Dau", a book of prose poems by media presenter Rahma Al Tuwairqi. Both authors will sign copies for visitors.
