Glasshouse, a contemporary Mediterranean restaurant, is due to open in Dhahran in October. It is run by Arrama for Food Services, part of Alturki Holding.
The menu, developed by executive chef Jon Skotidas, includes small and sharing plates, pizzas, larger mains and dishes cooked on a Josper charcoal grill.
The exact address and opening date have not been announced yet.
