How to register your National Address with SPL
The National Address is free for citizens and residents and is registered online in a few minutes through the SPL website or app, using your ID or Iqama.
The National Address links your ID to the place you live, and it is used for deliveries and for government, bank and insurance services. Saudi Post (SPL) registers it for free for citizens and residents. These are the steps as SPL publishes them.
1. Have your ID ready: a national identity card for citizens or an Iqama for residents.
2. Sign in: open splonline.com.sa or the SPL app and log in with your username or ID number and password, or through Nafath.
3. Add the address: on the website, open National Address and press Add Address. In the app, go to My National Addresses, tap View more, then the plus button.
4. Fill in the details: choose the location on the map, enter the building details, then review and confirm. The new address then appears on your National Address page.
5. Add your family: open the address details and choose Add dependent, then enter each person's ID number, date of birth, mobile number and relationship.
6. Know the limits: a citizen can hold up to 4 national addresses and a resident up to 2. If you delete one after reaching the limit, you can add a new one only after 6 months, and you cannot delete your last address.
7. Find it later: your address shows in your SPL account, in Tawakalna, on Absher and on the Noor platform, or through SPL's assistant Maha on WhatsApp at 0112898888. SPL's customer service number is 19992.
Checked on 10 October 2026 on SPL's website. The service is listed as free.
