LYNX Racing, a Saudi student team from Dhahran, has been crowned overall world champion at the Aramco STEM Racing World Finals 2026 in Singapore. It is the first world title for Saudi Arabia in the competition's history.

The finals, held at Resorts World Sentosa from 3 to 8 October alongside the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix, brought together 91 teams from 36 countries. Teams design, build and race miniature cars and are judged on engineering, presentation and branding as well as speed. LYNX also won the Best Team Identity award.

The team had qualified by finishing first in the Saudi national stage of the programme earlier this year, its second national win in a row.
