Citizen Account pays SAR 3.1 billion for October

The Citizen Account programme deposited SAR 3.1 billion on Saturday 10 October for beneficiaries of its October payment, the 107th since the programme began, its director general of communications Abdullah Al Hajri said, according to Okaz and Al Madina.

About 9.9 million people met the eligibility rules for this payment, and 72 percent of beneficiaries received support. The average payment was SAR 1,469 per family. More than 7.5 million of the beneficiaries are dependants. The programme says it has paid out more than SAR 293 billion since it was launched.

The money went to beneficiaries whose applications were complete. Anyone who expected a deposit and did not receive one should log in to the programme's website, ca.gov.sa, to check that their application and family details are complete and up to date. The amount each family receives depends on its own eligibility.
